We are a well established and professional provider of high quality nursery care and education to children from 3 months to 5 years. We are open 51 weeks a year providing full day care from 08:00 to 18:00. Our Brighton nursery is in a converted house in Kemptown while our Shoreham nursery is set in an old police station. Both nurseries have a warm and welcoming home from home feel.
Your child will be cared for by dedicated and trained staff who take pride in delivering quality care, learning and play. Environments and activities are provided to nurture your child’s social, physical and intellectual skills.
Sunshine Day Nursery works closely with external agencies to achieve high standards in care and education. Quality assurance and continual improvement schemes are in operation. Recently we were again awarded the Five Star Food Safety Award from the Food Standards Agency and received a Gold Award in the Healthy Choice Award scheme. The nursery provides free dance, yoga and language lessons for our older children.
The nurseries are registered with Ofsted Early Years and copies of our latest reports are available to view by clicking on the above tab, 'Our Ofsted Report'. We are also registered with the LEA for Early Education Funding available for all three and four year olds.
