Welcome to Sunshine Day Nursery

We are a well established, professionally run nursery providing high quality care and education to children from 3 months to 5 years. We are open 52 weeks a year providing full day care from 07:30 to 18:00.  Set in a converted house in Kemptown near the centre of Brighton, we have a warm and welcoming home from home feel.

Your child will be cared for by dedicated and trained staff who take pride in delivering quality care, learning and play. Environments and activities are provided to nurture your child’s social, physical and intellectual skills.

Sunshine Day Nursery works closely with the Local Authority to achieve high standards in care and education.  Quality assurance and continual improvement schemes are in operation.  Recently we were the only nursery in Brighton and Hove to receive the Five Star Food Safety Award from the Food Standards Agency.

The nursery is registered with Ofsted Early Years and a copy of our latest report is available to view by clicking on the above tab, 'Our Ofsted Report'.  We are also registered with the LEA for Early Education Funding available for all three and four year olds.
