Summer 2011 - Brighton Nursery New Baby Unit Plans

Following the succesful expansion of the outdoor play areas at the Brighton Nursery, we are now planning a new baby unit to open in August 2011.

Brighton Open Day, Saturday 14th May from 10am - 3pm. Come and see our two new outdoor play areas. An opportunity for any parent/carers considering their childcare options to meet our staff team. Children of all ages welcome, fun activities will be provided to keep them entertained!

March 2011.  Work on Brighton garden expansion is underway.  The new and improved Tiddler and Toddler play areas will be finished for April. 

11th November 2010, Brighton nursery secures neighbouring property allowing expansion of outdoor play areas for all age groups.  Work to begin Jan 2011.

5th Oct 2010, Ofsted inspection finds Brighton to be Outstanding! Full report available in a few weeks. 

July 2010, Unfortunately we are no longer eligible for the Healthy Choice Award Scheme as the rules have changed and we do not prepare food on site as now required.  However, Sunshine will continue to provide the healthy food options that gained the Gold Award last year.

Mar 2010, Sunshine (Kemptown) maintains its 5 Star Food Safety award for excellent standards in food handling and hygiene.

1 September 2009, Sunshine Nursery opens in Shoreham town centre.

10 June 2009 Sunshine to open at 6 Tarmount Lane, Shoreham in August 2009

20 April  Sunshine receives the Gold Award from the Healthy Choice Food Scheme.  This recognises the work we do to promote healthy eating at the nursery.

2 May Childrens Parade to start the Brighton Festival
